Tom Batista is the Vice President of Customer Growth at AnswerMyQ, the governed AI knowledge platform company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He owns customer adoption, deployment optimization, and expansion across every AnswerMyQ enterprise engagement, working at the intersection of customer success, AI solution configuration, deployment operations, and platform analytics to ensure clients realize measurable outcomes from the Adaptive Intelligence System™.

Tom brings more than a decade of experience in customer success, demand generation, and enterprise client strategy across SaaS and AI. Before joining AnswerMyQ, he served as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Intentsify, where he advised enterprise customers on intent-driven demand generation and account-based marketing. He previously held roles at Integrate as Strategic Account Director and Manager of Demand Generation Strategy, and at PathFactory as Account Executive. Earlier in his career, Tom led client services and customer success at Integral Ad Science and Centro, managing enterprise relationships across digital media, programmatic, and campaign performance.

Tom believes governed AI succeeds or fails on what happens after deployment. At AnswerMyQ, he helps customers operationalize, optimize, and expand their AI deployments, translating operational data into actionable recommendations that move organizations from pilot programs to broader adoption. His approach treats adoption as a discipline, configuration as craft, and measurable outcomes as the only metric that matters.

Tom holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont. He is based in Phoenix and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
