Ryan Fitch is the Director of Technology at AnswerMyQ, the governed AI knowledge platform company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He leads the architecture, data engineering, and platform infrastructure of the Adaptive Intelligence System™, ensuring every governed answer the platform produces is built on secure, scalable, and reliable technical foundations.

Ryan brings deep experience scaling data platforms and engineering teams across logistics, healthcare, and enterprise consulting. Before joining AnswerMyQ, he served as Head of Data and Analytics at Better Trucks, the nationwide logistics company, where he grew the data team from one engineer to thirteen and built the data engines that powered the company's rapid expansion across the United States. Ryan previously held data engineering roles at Babylon, the digital health platform, and at Kin and Carta, the global digital transformation consultancy, where he served as both Product Owner and Data Engineer on enterprise client engagements. Earlier in his career, he held internship roles in healthcare technology at University Hospitals and Northwestern Medicine, working on quality systems and imaging informatics. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from John Carroll University.

Ryan believes governed AI is fundamentally a data engineering problem before it is a model problem. At AnswerMyQ, he has built a technical architecture that treats every retrieval, every policy enforcement, and every action trigger as an auditable, observable system event. His approach favors closed-loop architectures, tenant isolation, and rigorous data lineage over generic AI tooling, ensuring the platform performs reliably in regulated environments where accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.

Ryan is HL7 FHIR certified, has completed Google Cloud's Develop Secure AI Solutions With Your Data program, and is an Eagle Scout. He is based in Austin, Texas.
