Building Trust and Strategy Across The Enterprise Lifecycle
As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Strategy at AnswerMyQ, the Governed AI Knowledge company for the Enterprise, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Jami Delperdang leads customer experience and strategic positioning across the full customer lifecycle. She works at the intersection of messaging, competitive intelligence, executive readiness, market strategy, and brand consistency to ensure every customer interaction reflects the strategic promise of the Adaptive Intelligence System™.
Jami brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in enterprise sales, customer success, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across marketing technology, customer data, and AI. Before joining AnswerMyQ, she served as Managing Director of Client Partnerships and Growth at Balto Digital, an AI and search consultancy, where she leads enterprise engagements at the intersection of AI, marketing operations, and competitive search visibility. She previously spent more than five years as Senior Managing Director at Acxiom, leading enterprise sales and customer success for Fortune 100 telecommunications, technology, and retail accounts including AT&T and T-Mobile across customer data, identity resolution, analytics, and media activation. Earlier in her career, Jami led Channel Markets business development at Harland Clarke and served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Archer Mobile, with additional senior roles at Ansira and Harte-Hanks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in International Business from the University of Southern California.
Jami believes enterprise AI adoption is a human problem, not a technology problem. At AnswerMyQ, she leads the customer experience and strategy work that turns governance and capability into clarity, trust, and measurable outcomes for the buyers and operators inside complex, regulated enterprises. Her approach treats positioning as a discipline, market intelligence as an early warning system, and customer trust as the only durable competitive advantage in enterprise AI.
Jami is based in Washington State. Earlier in her career she built a national consumer brand around her English Bulldog Chowder, growing the audience to more than four million followers across platforms and partnering with leading global consumer brands. She applies the same audience, trust, and adoption instincts to her enterprise AI work today.
Enterprise AI adoption is a human problem, not a technology problem. Positioning is a discipline. Market intelligence is an early warning system. Customer trust is the only durable competitive advantage.
