Clarke brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading strategy, product, and marketing teams in private equity-owned companies. Before joining AnswerMyQ, he served as Executive Leader in Product Management at Pragmatic Institute, the world's leading product management training organization, where he led development of AI Compass, a RAG-based agentic AI platform, and trained and coached thousands of product managers and product marketers each year on go-to-market strategy, decision-making, and the practical use of AI. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at BrandMuscle, including seven years as Chief Strategy Officer, where he led the integration of three companies into a single product and service offering following a private equity acquisition, delivered double-digit revenue growth for three consecutive years, established the company's technology engineering office in Bangalore, and streamlined client support operations to deliver millions in savings. He began his career at Hallmark, where he launched and ran operations for businessgreetings.com, Hallmark's first e-commerce greeting card customization platform. Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Kansas and is a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and Product Marketer.
