9. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

AnswerMyQ is a governed AI platform. The following describes how our AI capabilities relate to your privacy:

How We Use AI

  • Our platform uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to deliver answers from approved, client-provided content sources
  • AI is used to match user questions with relevant information, generate role-appropriate responses, and execute governed workflows
  • Our AI operates within compliance rules configured by each client and does not generate responses from general internet data
  • AnswerMyQ operates as a controlled knowledge system, not a general-purpose chatbot

Your Data and AI Training

  • Client Data is never used to train AnswerMyQ's AI models or third-party AI models
  • When processing data through third-party AI services (e.g. Google Cloud), we operate under enterprise data processing agreements that explicitly prohibit the use of Client Data for model training

AI Governance

  • Every AI-generated response is constrained by the client's business rules, compliance requirements, and role-based permissions
  • All interactions are logged and auditable
  • By restricting responses exclusively to your approved content, the platform is engineered to mitigate the risk of AI "hallucinations" and unverified claims

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
