See how AnswerMyQ works with your info.
Give us your domain and two roles that matter in your business. We’ll build a working demo. Every answer is grounded in your published content and connected to the right next step.
Same question. Different person. Different answer. Different next step.
Choose two people who might ask the same question.
Your preview is on the way.
We’re building your AnswerMyQ preview for your company, including examples for Role 1 and Role 2. We’ll send the private link to you within 24 hours.
You’re going to see an answer box.
That is only the surface.
Before AnswerMyQ writes a word, The Adaptive Intelligence System™ resolves who is asking, what that role is allowed to know, which approved sources apply, and what that person is allowed to do next. Then the answer is written, cited, and logged.
That is why your preview asks for two roles. We want you to see the difference, not just read about it.
Many tools stop after the answer. AnswerMyQ also resolves what should happen next and whether the person asking is allowed to do it.
That sequence is what you’re evaluating. The box is just where it surfaces.
When your preview arrives, try three things. Ask the same question as both roles. Ask something your published content does not support. Then ask what to do next. That is the difference we want you to test.
Your preview runs on public content only.
We build it from what is already published on your site. No access to your systems, nothing behind a login, no internal documentation. We are not asking you for any of it to do this.
That constraint is not a shortcut. AnswerMyQ answers from approved sources or it does not answer, and for a preview the only approved source is your public site.
For the preview, the roles and access rules are illustrative based on the audiences you give us. In a live deployment, those rules are configured to your actual roles, policies, systems, and permissions.
A real deployment is grounded in everything you choose to connect: your internal documentation, your policy and product systems, and the records that actually govern the answer. Same rules, far more to draw on.
The same is true of action. Your preview can point someone to the right next step. Connected to your systems, AnswerMyQ completes it: starts the process, updates the record, routes the request, and logs who was permitted to do it.
So treat this as the floor, not the ceiling. If it can show useful role-based behavior using public content alone, a connected deployment has far more to work with.
